You need to understand that sending a file through our fileservice system will receive the optimized requested file back only after you get a quote from us and payment details (PayPal, IBAN with SEPA transfer, credit card payment link etc.). After you accept the offer, you make the payment and we send the optimized file.
We are based in CET Europe and between the hours of 9am GMT+1 and 5:30pm GMT+1 you will have an email response within 30 minutes to an hour with your file price. Once confirmed, we will email the file back to you (usually within one hour after receiving payment, or longer if selected so).
Files received outside the working hours will be processed the moment we are back online (usually this means the next working day).
As we are not available 24/7, please respect our opening hours mentioned above. Just remember: when we’re open, we will get back to you in the fastest time possible. First customer to come means first to be served.
